Program Description
FBP operates text messaging programs that allow prospective clients, clients, business contacts, and other individuals who have requested communications to receive messages from Federal Bid Partners LLC. Messages may be sent using automated technology or a messaging platform.
2
Consent and Enrollment
You may enroll by submitting a web form with a separate SMS consent selection, texting an advertised keyword, providing a written request, or using another documented opt-in method permitted by applicable law. By opting in, you authorize FBP to send recurring SMS or MMS messages to the mobile number you provided.
- You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to give consent.
- Your consent applies specifically to messages from Federal Bid Partners LLC and is not transferable to another business for its own marketing.
- Marketing consent is voluntary and is not required to submit an inquiry, receive a consultation, or purchase services.
3
Types of Messages
Depending on the program and the consent you provide, messages may include:
- Conversational messages:
responses to questions or communications you initiate.
- Informational messages:
consultation scheduling, reminders, account or project updates, support responses, and service-related notices.
- Marketing messages:
information about FBP services, educational resources, consultations, events, or offers when you have separately consented to marketing texts.
4
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies
based on your interactions, requests, and the program you joined. FBP does not charge you to participate, but standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
5
How to Opt Out
You may withdraw consent and stop messages at any time by replying STOP
to any FBP text message. We may also recognize customary opt-out keywords such as STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END,
or QUIT.
After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. No further marketing messages will be sent unless you provide new consent. To re-enroll where available, reply START
or contact us directly.
Opting out of SMS does not prevent FBP from contacting you through other channels when permitted, such as responding to an email you send or providing necessary service communications under an existing engagement.
6
Help and Support
Reply HELP
to any FBP text message for assistance. You may also contact us at contact@federalbidpartners.com
or 505-303-6355.

Privacy and Mobile Information
Mobile information, including mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent records, will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose this information only to vendors, aggregators, wireless carriers, and other service providers that help us operate and deliver our text messaging program, and only as necessary to provide those services, maintain opt-out and suppression records, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with law.
For additional information, review our Privacy Policy.
8
Delivery and Wireless Carriers
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program may not be available on every device, carrier, or service plan.
If you change, deactivate, or transfer your mobile number, you should opt out before the change or notify FBP so the number can be removed from our messaging records.
9
Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of consenting to receive messages. You may not use the program to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or harmful content or to interfere with the messaging service.
10
Changes, Suspension, and Termination
FBP may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of its messaging program at any time. If these SMS Terms change materially, we will update the “Last Updated” date and post the current version on our website. Changes will apply prospectively to the extent required by law.
