Custom domains, later content changes, certification applications, proposal writing, and paid software subscriptions are quoted separately. SAM.gov registration itself is free; FBP’s fee covers professional assistance and the listed deliverables.

What is FBP’s Simplified Acquisition Program?
It is FBP’s professional service package for building your federal contracting foundation. SAP Launch combines registration guidance, business positioning, capability materials, and launch orientation. It is a private service offering; it does not enroll you in a government program or confer an award preference.
Is SAM.gov registration free?
Yes. You can register or renew directly through SAM.gov at no government charge. Our price covers FBP’s professional assistance and the deliverables listed in your package.
Is the capability statement included in SAP?
Yes. The $999 SAP Launch package includes a custom one-page capability statement PDF and an online FBPGOV profile. If you only need those materials, the standalone package is $299. Both include two consolidated revision rounds and the first 12 months of online profile hosting.
What happens to hosting after the first year?
Your first 12 months begin when your profile is published. Continued profile hosting is optional at $99 per year, with no automatic renewal. We confirm your renewal choice before the hosting period ends. Your delivered PDF remains available for you to use independently.
Does this include certifications or proposal writing?
SAP includes an initial review of potential small-business certification paths based on your information. Certification applications, GSA Schedule work, CMMC services, and proposal or grant writing are separate engagements. Eligibility and approval are determined by the applicable program.
What happened to the DSBS profile?
SBA’s Dynamic Small Business Search is now Small Business Search (SBS). SAP includes profile review and guidance where applicable to your business. Your eligibility and the information available in government systems determine the appropriate next steps.
Do I receive a paid procurement portal subscription?
The package includes guidance for searching SAM.gov and exploring BidPulsar. Paid portal or software subscriptions are separate unless expressly added to your written scope. We help you understand the tools before you choose any additional service.
How soon can we launch—and is an award guaranteed?
We confirm your project schedule after intake. Drafting and publication depend on complete information and your approval; government validation has its own timeline. Registration, a capability statement, and an online profile do not guarantee a contract, certification, or buyer response.
