Right Lane

Start with fit before forms.

We help identify the program that actually matches your company, ownership, location, size, and target opportunities — not generic advice.

Clean Packet

Make evidence easier to review.

Ownership, control, location, size, and supporting documents need to stay consistent. We organize the packet so reviewers can validate quickly.

SAM Hygiene

Keep the profile aligned.

SAM, NAICS, PSC, Reps and Certs, and public-facing details should not conflict. One source of truth across every system.

Maintenance

Know what comes after approval.

Renewals, changes, recertifications, and profile updates are part of the system — not afterthoughts. We keep that lane visible.

FBP — Readiness Questions · Honest Answers Before you start
Readiness Questions

What clients usually need to know before starting.

If your question isn't here, just ask — we'll give you a direct answer in plain English.

Is SAM.gov registration free?
Yes. SAM.gov registration is free through the official government site. The prices shown on this page are Federal Bid Partners support fees for our help with submission readiness, packet structure, and validation — not government filing fees. Federal Bid Partners LLC is not affiliated with the U.S. Government.
Which SBA certifications should be on this page?
The main SBA lanes are 8(a), WOSB/EDWOSB, HUBZone, and VetCert (for VOSB/SDVOSB). Which one actually fits depends on eligibility and your actual target opportunities. A short consult is usually enough to confirm fit and pick the most efficient path.
Can approval be guaranteed?
No. Official SBA and government systems determine eligibility and approval — that's outside our control. Our fee covers administrative guidance, evidence organization, and submission readiness support. What we control is whether the packet is clean, complete, and easy for reviewers to validate.
Why is 8(a) priced higher than the other certifications?
8(a) is the most involved program. It requires detailed narrative structure, ownership/control/disadvantage documentation, financial review, and a packet built for SBA's formal review process. The other SBA programs (WOSB/EDWOSB, HUBZone, VetCert) are lighter administratively, which is why their support fees are lower.
Do we have to buy a package before talking?
No. Most teams start with a short conversation to confirm fit, eligibility, and sequencing. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so directly — you don't have to commit to a package to get useful answers about the right path.
Who actually does the work?
A senior, U.S.-based team. Federal Bid Partners is family-owned and senior-led — nothing is outsourced or offshored. You work with the same people from intake through submission and maintenance.
